Order Cancellation

  • Orders on https://www.nika2u.com can only be cancelled before they are packaged for shipping.
  • You can cancel your order online by using our online order search. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a cancel button will be available, click this button to cancel your order.

    Customer should contact their issuer bank if the order cancelled was placed on EMI. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by Nika Phone Shop

  • If the order which has been cancelled was placed at a special price, under cash back, exchange, upgrade or any other offer, the same offer benefit can be availed on a new transaction only post successful processing of refund. The new transaction should also meet all offer terms to be eligible for offer benefits again.
  • In a rare case if a cancelled order is still delivered, please raise a return request within 24 hours at https://www.nika2u.online/supportpolicy. Return will be taken only if product is not activated and not used with the Brand Seal intact.

If you’re not happy with your purchase and would like to arrange a return, please send an email to [email protected] Our Support staff will help you complete a return for any of the following within  (a) unmodified or unused product in original packaging; (b) product damaged in transit; or (c) if the incorrect item was received. If the product(s) was purchased over 5 days ago or has been modified, soldered, damaged or the original state has been altered in any way, Nika Phone Shop reserves the right to deny the return.

If it’s a Product we don’t manufacture at Nika Phone Shop, we will direct you to the product manufacturer for applicable support.

Damaged or product not as described on our website

Mobiles, Tablets and Wearables and Electronics or PCs

  • Please inspect the device before using the device. Please do not activate or start using the device in case of any external damage/defect. Once the device has been activated/used, external damage/defect claims will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
  • In case of any issue, report the same to our page https://m.me/NikaPhoneShop or Contact 017935151 within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and its outer and inner packaging.
  • Replacement or refund will be subject to the result of due investigation conducted through the logistics partners.
  • Product will be re-shipped to you subject to authenticity of your claim and its availability, within 10 working days of approval of your claim.
  • In case of non-availability of the product, refund will be initiated within 10 working days of approval of your claim for damage.
  • It may take up to 21 days for the refund credit to reflect in your account after initiated by NIka Phone Shop.
  • Incident will not qualify for a replacement or refund if it is established that the product was damaged post-delivery to the customer. In such cases Customer will be informed by NIka Phone Shop. about the investigation results within 10 working days.

Consumer Electronics and Household appliances

  • Please open the packaging only in the presence of the Samsung installation engineer and in case product found damaged/faulty, contact Service at 098 771151 - 092 77 3151 - 0719545151
  • In order to be eligible for damaged/missing/product not as described claims, the installation by Samsung engineer needs to be scheduled and done within 72 hours of the delivery
  • Un-boxing of product in the absence of installation representative or without consent of Nika Phone Shop will result in refusal of claims for damaged product. Also external damage/defect claims will be not accepted if customer starts using a product.
  • In case of proven damage, please ask Samsung installation engineer to replace the damaged part as per process.
  • In case the product needs to be returned due to damage:
    • Inform customer care and share images of the damaged parts @ https://m.me/NikaPhoneShop. within 48 hours of Samsung' engineers visit.
    • Nika Phone Shop reserves the right to inspect the product and verify fault on return.
    • Upon confirmation of return pickup by Nika Phone Shop, repack and keep the product ready for return pickup.

Defective Product received

  • In case the product is not working upon box opening or within 14 Days from the date of Phone Activation, visit Nika Service Centre with the product, in original brand box, all inbox accessories and invoice. (Service Center locator- https://goo.gl/maps/DZvKoAxEQY8Sb9F5A
  • The Nika service Centre will check the product to your satisfaction. Post assessment, the product may be certified as DOA (Dead on Arrival) in compliance
  • If the product is certified by the Service Centre as DOA, replacement will be re-shipped to Customer subject to product availability within 10 working days of certifying DOA.
  • In case of stock unavailability of the product, a refund will be initiated within 10 working days of certifying the DOA. It may take up to 21 days for refund credit to reflect into your account after the refund is initiated by Nika

*Additional Terms

  • Only functional defects will be covered.
  • Network/Software related defects not covered.
  • Box, Handset and all original accessories should be available.
  • No sign of damage, tampering, water log or user defects.
  • Feature related problem not covered which are not in Specifications.
  • Defect must be re-produced in Service Centre.
  • DOA shall be not applicable for any defect in accessory.
